Over the hills and through the woods to Grandma's house we go!

On Saturday afternoon David and Ruth(Patrick's parents), Ethan and Preston (nephews) and Patrick and me went to visit Grandma Turner. It was so nice to visit. We usually stay at least one night because she lives in Richfield; which is about 2 1/2 hours away. So, we stayed the night and came home late Sunday. While we were there we vistited this place called Big Rock Candy Mountain. It's pretty cool! The face of the mountain kind of looks like the colors of a roasted marshmallow. It's colored like that because this part of the mountain is made of limestone and sandstone. Anyway, besides seeing the mountain we had a good time with Grandma Turner.
(Don't mind the dates on pictures. I can't figure out my camera)

I think it's so cool how trees can grow on a mountain like this.
Pretty picture
My Hubby Walking up the trail. It seemed like they were putting in some sort of water line or something. That's why you see a water bucket to the left in the picture.
When we were walking back, Ethan thought it would be cool to go down in this trench...until he realized it was a little harder getting out. So, he decided to follow it down until it was level with where we were.
