So this past month and a half has been pretty busy. In July Patrick and I went to a family reunion in Spring Canyon and camped on my uncle Rick's property. It is so beautiful there! In the early 1900's it used to be a coal mining town but was abandoned. So, now there are a bunch ruins. It was fun to hike around. We also went four wheeling and trucking. The guys went clay pigeon shooting and some even went golfing in the near by town. We had tons of fun! Then, this month Patrick and I went to Keily's grandparents cabin in Bear Lake with a bunch of friends and some of their family. That was a blast too! We went wave running (well I didn't go on the wave runners) and hung out at the beach. Then when it was night time we played games, talked and laughed. It was such a good time! Although, I was expecting to come home a lot tanner than I did, I only got a little tan. That's ok, because I was REALLY pale before I left. Hey, when my mom saw me the day after we got back she said that was the most color I'd had in 3 years! (Ithink that was a minor exaggeration.) Also, Mason and BreAnn came home from Alaska this summer and I'm so happy! I missed them a lot. Now, it's back to the usual grind: Patrick is going back to school this semester and I get to continue practicing being a good housewife. I'm so glad and blessed to have spent the summer with my amazing, wonderful husband. I love him so much!
